The first ever Web Entertainment Guide $10,000 Web Series Contest winner is LADY PARTS, a sketch comedy series produced by a group of comedians in Chicago.

Voting for the contest began on February 15th and ended on March 20th, with LADY PARTS receiving 49% of the votes. The contest was very close from the very beginning. LADY PARTS and THE ANDREW AND MATT SHOW took early leads. ANARCHY FOR BREAKFAST, PIT - THE PARANORMAL INVESTIGATIVE TEAM and PALISADES POOL PARTY also posted impressive numbers in the polls. The fans rallied hard and loud, making this contest a real nail-biter! We had thousands of people register and vote - so many that the site's registration system couldn't take all the traffic and literally shut down, forcing us to extend the deadline to ensure a fair outcome.

In the end LADY PARTS came out the victor, earning them $10,000! But there are no losers in this contest. Almost all the series have indicated that their viewership increased significantly during the contest. That, folks, is what it's all about!
